Tom Earl

Tom Earl is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in global consulting and delivery operations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Tectonic since October 2015, Tom leads the Global Consulting and Delivery Operations. Prior to this, Tom held key roles at TeleTech as Executive Director of the IT Project Management Office, where responsibilities included overseeing all internal and client-facing projects globally. With a strong background in customer service and technology from previous roles at Wachovia Mortgage and Wachovia Bank, Tom has driven significant expansions and improvements, managing large teams and call volumes. Earlier career experiences include leadership positions in retail operations at Service Merchandise, F&M Drug Stores, and Wal-Mart, demonstrating a consistent track record of operational excellence and profit improvement. Tom holds a degree from the University of Oregon, achieved between 1970 and 1974.
