Nicolás Bergareche

Nicolás Bergareche has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2001, they began their career as an in-house counsel at Globomedia, providing legal advice on the production and distribution of audiovisual content. Nicolás later worked as a Senior Associate at Uría Menéndez, specializing in communication, technology, and media practice. In 2007, they joined Vértice 360 as the Secretary of the Board and Head of the Legal Department. Nicolás also held positions such as Executive Vice President and Co-founder at TECTUM, Chief Operations Officer and Co-founder at Onza.tv, Co-founder and Director at TECTUM REAL ESTATE INVESTMENTS (SPAIN), and Independent Board Member at GRENERGY RENOVABLES.

Nicolás Bergareche completed their undergraduate degree in Law, graduating with a Licenciado en Derecho from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid between 1996 and 2001. After gaining their graduate degree, they pursued further education at Columbia University from 2003 to 2004, where they obtained an LL.M. in Technology & Entertainment Law. Additionally, in 2003, they completed a Curso Superior de Propiedad Intelectual, a post-graduate degree in IP Law, at Universidad Pontificia Comillas, specializing in Media & Internet.
