Cinthia Jimenez

Cinthia Jimenez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Currently serving as a Community Engagement Member at TEDxStockholm since November 2022, Cinthia focuses on enhancing member engagement and fostering an inclusive culture. Previous roles include Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager at Amadeus and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Specialist at Telia, where Cinthia successfully coordinated DEI initiatives and inclusive recruitment training. Earlier career highlights include management positions at Shell, Restoven de Venezuela C.A., and Servicio Pan Americano de Protección, where Cinthia developed HR policies and transformed departmental operations. Cinthia holds a master’s degree in Management Development and Human Resources Management from EAE Business School, as well as a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Central de Venezuela.
