Mandie Fankhauser

Mandie Fankhauser is an experienced leader in talent acquisition and client services with a strong focus on the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as the Head of Client Services & RPO Recruitment Operations at ADP since July 2019, Mandie oversees recruitment operations for RPO clients. In addition, Mandie actively contributes as a Speaker Coach and Buddy for TEDxTinHauWomen since April 2022. Prior roles include leadership positions at Bupa, HSBC, AbbVie, Bloomberg LP, RBS, and Goldman Sachs, encompassing responsibilities in talent management, recruiting, human resources, and operations across various countries in Asia Pacific. Mandie's educational background comes from North Metropolitan TAFE.
