Phaye Lay has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 2005, they worked as a Project Trainee for PROTEMP EXHIBITION SDN BHD, where they generated leads, managed documentation, and executed exhibition launches. In 2008, they became a Product Specialist at EPECOM GRAPHICS PTE LTD. Moving on, Phaye joined ICLP in 2010 as a Senior Account Executive, where they managed B2B marketing activities and addressed issues through loyalty programs. In 2012, they transitioned to OgilvyOne as a Senior Account Executive, managing clients and proposing creative ideas. Phaye then worked at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) from 2013 to 2020, holding positions such as Web Performance Marketing Specialist, Web Manager (SEO), Omni-channel Manager, and Digital Channel Manager. Phaye'sresponsibilities included optimizing websites, managing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with stakeholders. Currently, Phaye is the Group Head of Digital at TEEG, responsible for leading the implementation and training of digital guest experience platforms and marketing channels.
Phaye Lay completed their Bachelor of Information Systems (Hons) degree in Business Information Systems at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they obtained several certifications related to digital marketing and analytics, including "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" from Google in June 2021, "Google Analytics - Basic" in July 2018, "Google Masterclass Blue Belt" in June 2018, and "Google Masterclass Green Belt" in June 2018.
