Pasindu Gunarathne

Pasindu Gunarathne currently serves as the Manager of Engineering at Teejay Lanka PLC, overseeing engineering operations since September 2022. Previously, Pasindu held the position of Senior Electrical Engineer at Hayleys Fabric PLC from September 2014 to August 2022, managing energy initiatives and maintenance projects within various departments. Pasindu began a career as a Trainee at Ceylon Electricity Board, gaining experience in bulk electricity supply and system control. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Energy Management from Open University of Sri Lanka (2024-2025), an MBA from University of Kelaniya (2020-2022), a TPM Practitioner Certificate from Institute of Lean Management (2018), a Bachelor's in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from University of the West of England (2015-2017), and a National Diploma in Technology from University of Moratuwa (2012-2015).
