Dustin Nance

Dustin Nance has accumulated a diverse range of work experience. Dustin began their career at Onsite Safety in the year 2000, where they held multiple roles including Installation Specialist, Warehouse Manager, and Executive Assistant until 2007. Dustin then joined Global Teen Challenge as the Global Internships Director until 2010. Following this, they worked at Teen Challenge Southeast Region from 2010 to 2022, serving as the Executive Director from 2010 to 2016 and later as the Divisional Leader of Training from 2016 to 2022. Subsequently, they joined Onsite Enviro in 2022 as the Chief Operating Officer until 2023. Currently, Dustin Nance holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Teen Challenge Southeast since 2023.

Dustin Nance obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Bible/Biblical Studies from Evangel University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Dustin also holds additional certifications, including the FDEP Stormwater, Erosion, and Sedimentation Control Inspector Certification obtained in 2022, a Certificate of Completion from Dr. Henry Cloud - Leadership University obtained in 2018, the John C. Maxwell Certification Program received in 2018, and a Certificate of Completion from the National Institute of Christian Leaders obtained in 2017.
