Rashmi Pradhan

Rashmi Pradhan is an accomplished designer currently employed at TEF Design since August 2024, with prior experience as an architectural intern at the same company from February 2023 to May 2024, contributing to tenant improvement projects and gaining practical experience in project delivery. Rashmi also interned at Molinar Home Design, providing AutoCAD drafting support and creating interior renders. Academic involvement at Cal Poly College of Architecture & Environmental Design included roles as an instructional student assistant for ARCH 219, plot center technician, and co-president of the Design Village, where Rashmi coordinated key event logistics. Education includes a Bachelor of Architecture from Cal Poly, with a solid foundation established at Dougherty Valley High School.
