Lauren Cavana

Lauren Cavana is an experienced professional in operations and human resources, currently serving as the General Manager of Operations and HR at TEG Pty Ltd since July 2017. Previous roles at TEG include General Manager - People, Performance & Integration and Human Resources Manager for Australia & New Zealand. Lauren has also held positions with 20th Century Fox Film as Human Resources Manager for the Asia Pacific region, and with David Jones, where responsibilities focused on employee retention and engagement strategies. With experience in HR business partnering and program management in learning and development, Lauren has a strong academic background including a BA in Organisational Learning from the University of Technology Sydney and a Diploma of Management.
