Rachael Carroll is an accomplished leader in the events and sports management sector, currently serving as the Managing Director of TEG Sport and Experiences, where responsibilities include driving the growth of major events and overseeing a diverse portfolio of entertainment businesses. As a joint owner and CEO of Duco Events and Duco Touring, Rachael has significantly contributed to establishing the company as a leading events management and sports promotion entity in the Asia Pacific region. Previous roles include Director at Dacy Carroll Consulting, General Manager of Destination and Marketing for Auckland Tourism Events & Economic Development, and Group Manager of City Events for Auckland City Council.
