Guillermo Gutierrez

Guillermo Gutierrez currently serves as Chief Engineer at Realty Income Corporation since February 2017 and has been involved with TEGG in the capacity of Electrical Safe Work since February 2018. Prior to these roles, Guillermo held the position of Senior Facility Building Engineer at Abm Building/LBA Realty from February 2008 to January 2018. With extensive experience in engineering and facility management, Guillermo brings a strong technical background to their current roles.
