Chaitanya Choudary Kodali has a strong work history in incident management and technical support. Chaitanya Choudary began their career in 2010 at First Source IT as a Technical Support Specialist, where they worked until 2015. Chaitanya Choudary then joined Tech Mahindra as a Senior Technical Support Specialist for a year before moving on to Genpact in 2016. At Genpact, they worked as an Incident Manager until 2018.
