Rui Santos

Rui Santos is an experienced project manager specializing in advanced technology sectors, particularly in unmanned aerial systems and satellite applications at TEKEVER since January 2017. Rui has managed significant projects, including the INFANTE R&D project for small satellite technology and various urban mobility initiatives. Previous roles include positions at Nimble Portal and Novabase, where Rui focused on mobile product architecture and financial management systems, while also serving as a senior consultant for the Bank of China and EDP. With a degree in Computer Science from Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa and advanced training in entrepreneurship and innovation from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Rui possesses a strong foundation in project management and technical leadership across multiple industries.
