Mariana Aguirre is the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability since August 2020. Mariana has extensive experience in compliance as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a Nutritionist at Consultorio Particular between February 2016 and 2019. Additionally, Mariana served as a university lecturer from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Educational accomplishments include a Diploma in Administration and Management of Businesses from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
