Aysswarya Murthi

Aysswarya Murthi serves as the General Counsel and VP & Deputy General Counsel at Tekion Corp since August 2017, leading a team of lawyers focused on innovative legal solutions. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Corporate & M&A for the USA and as Head of the Silicon Valley Office at Nishith Desai Associates from May 2016 to July 2017, and as Counsel at Reed Smith LLP from October 2015 to May 2016. Aysswarya was a Partner at Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff & Co from July 2005 to April 2014. Aysswarya obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the National Academy of Legal Studies & Research (NALSAR) University in Hyderabad, completing studies from 2000 to 2005.
