Douglas Heck has a strong background in R/2 and R/3 development, with experience at Hitachi Consulting as a Director, TekLink International Inc as a Senior Vice President and Vice President, and SAP America as a Global Support Manager. Douglas was also a founding member of the SAP CPG Industry COE and holds the title of Platinum Consultant.
