Stephen Mitchell

Stephen Mitchell has had a diverse and successful career in various companies. stephen started in 1997 as the Managing Director of Guardmaster, where they were responsible for overseeing the company's operations and successful sale to Rockwell Inc in 1999 for $80m. stephen continued to manage Guardmaster while also leading M&A activities for Rockwell in the machine safety arena. During their time at Guardmaster, they also played a key role in the acquisition and integration of Tesch GmbH. In 2006, Stephen Mitchell became the Managing Director of Teknek and T H Group. stephen has held this position since then.

Stephen Mitchell obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Bedfordshire Business School. stephen completed this degree between 1993 and 1996.
