David Waksman

David Waksman joined the company in January 2011 as vice president, general counsel and secretary. He now serves as the senior vice president, chief legal officer and secretary. He came to Tekni-Plex from Constar International Inc., where he held roles of increasing responsibility, including senior vice president, human resources, general counsel and secretary. Previously, he served as a partner at the law firm of Dechert LLP. David earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance from New York University, and a Law degree from New York University. He also holds B.A. and M.A. in History from Johns Hopkins University.
