Manik Chandra Biswas

Manik Chandra Biswas, Ph.D., currently serves as a Development Engineer in Integrated Performance Solutions at TekniPlex, where responsibilities include supervising pilot and production line trials and preparing technical reports in collaboration with the Global Innovation Center. Previously, as a Senior Product Development Chemist at PPG Industries, Manik led a team focused on delivering high-quality products while emphasizing cost reduction and sustainability. Academic experience includes a Ph.D. in Fiber and Polymer Science at North Carolina State University, along with roles as a Graduate Research Assistant and Laboratory Supervisor, and a Master's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Tuskegee University. Early career experience encompasses quality operations at Square Pharmaceuticals Limited and participation in NSF I-Corps for commercialization in material science.
