Candace Masini

Candace Masini, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Applied Software within the GRAITEC Group since June 2022, Candace previously held the role of Operations Manager at Consolidated Asset Recovery Systems from April 2013 to March 2022, where leadership of a team of seven and oversight of a significant customer base were key responsibilities. Earlier roles included Inside Sales Support at Mosca Design, Inc. and Independent Marketing Consultant for Diamonds & Gold Direct, Inc., where Candace successfully implemented marketing strategies and secured business funding. Candace Masini holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration, both degrees from Campbell University.
