Fidan Bakhishli

Fidan Bakhishli has worked in various roles since 2017. In 2017, they were an Event Manager at Baku American Center. In 2018, they were a Marshal at Formula 1 GRAND PRIX, a Member of Executive Control Board at AIESEC in Italy, and an Executive Board/Incoming Project Manager at AIESEC in Azerbaijan. Additionally, they were a Community and Event Manager at Tech Academy Azerbaijan. In 2019, they were a National Board Member/Director of Global Incoming Program at AIESEC in Azerbaijan and a Product Manager at LotfiZadeh Technology Center (LTC). In 2020, they were a Project Manager at Whelp. In 2021, they were a Project Manager at Code & More. Currently, they are an IT Project Manager at Teknika Corporation, where they are responsible for developing a detailed project plan, creating and tracking Project boards in JIRA/Azure Devops, measuring performance, reporting and escalating to management, managing the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders, creating comprehensive project documentation, managing SCRUM events, and working closely with QA and UX/UI teams.

Fidan Bakhishli obtained a Bachelor's degree in American/United States Studies/Civilization from Baku State University between 2014 and 2019. Additionally, in August 2022, Fidan earned two certifications from Atlassian: the Beginner's Guide to Agile in Jira Badge and the Jira Fundamentals Badge.
