Jéssica Heredia

Jéssica Heredia has extensive experience in the information technology field, currently serving as an Assistente de Testes at Teknisa since September 2021. Prior to this role, Jéssica worked as an Analista de Sistemas at Instituto Mineiro de Olhos e Instituto Mineiro de Olhos Contagem, where responsibilities included managing IT assets such as servers and VPNs, performing updates and manual testing of the ERP TOTVS RM system, and generating reports using SQL Server. Jéssica also held the position of Analista de Redes NOC at Intersete Telecom, focusing on virtual environment administration and corporate network monitoring, and began the career as Suporte técnico and later as Analista de suporte técnico, leading a support team to ensure quality service delivery. Jéssica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, with a specialization in Systems and Telecommunications from Faculdade Cenecista de Sete Lagoas, completed in 2015.
