Shoaib Akmal

Shoaib Akmal is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in software development, telemedicine, and telecommunications. As CEO and Co-Founder of Tekrowe Digital since June 2020, Shoaib leads the provision of remote engineering teams and specializes in full-stack development and blockchain technologies. Prior to this, Shoaib served as CEO of Speetar Pakistan, where an innovative TeleMedicine platform was developed to assist healthcare professionals, particularly during the Covid-19 pandemic. Shoaib's prior experience includes senior managerial roles at Telenor Pakistan, focusing on network architecture and 5G technology implementation, and Verizon Wireless, where leadership spanned multiple roles in network operations and project management for LTE services. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine, a Master’s in Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor’s in Electronics Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology.
