Michelle Moon has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Michelle began their career as a Personal Banker at 1st Financial Federal Credit Union in 2008. Michelle then worked as a Sales Associate at Lane Bryant from 2010 to 2014. In the same year, they also started as a Nail Technician at Beauty Brands and continued in that role until 2015. From 2014 to 2017, Michelle worked at Cost Plus World Market, initially as a Stock Crew member and later as a Supervisor, where they were responsible for store operations and staff development. Michelle then joined State Farm as a Customer Service & Marketing Specialist from 2017 to 2018. Michelle's next role was at Brand Addition, where they worked as a Senior Logistics Coordinator for four years, ensuring accurate order processing and troubleshooting shipment issues. Currently, Michelle works at TekStream Solutions as a Recruitment Coordinator, collaborating with recruiters to schedule and manage interviews. Overall, Michelle has gained expertise in customer service, sales, logistics, and recruitment management throughout their career.

Michelle Moon attended Florissant Valley Community College from 2005 to 2008, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Deaf Communication Studies. In 2009, they enrolled at Grabber School of Hair Design and completed a one-year program, earning a Certificate in Nail Technology. During their time at Grabber School of Hair Design, their field of study focused on Nail Technician/Specialist and Manicurist.
