Scott Matson has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry. Scott began their career in 1980 as a Principal at Arthur Young & Company, where they were responsible for audits of technology companies and acted as a Western United States SEC technical consultant and reviewer. In 1989, they joined EY as a Senior Manager, where they headed audits of technology companies with a focus on initial public offerings, acted as a Technical Reviewer and other "Big Six" firm peer reviewer, and led the Southern California recruiting effort as well as a national education instructor and alumni committee member. From 1994 to 2009, they were the Chief Financial Officer/General Partner at Partech Ventures. In 2014, they joined Kadist (aka ArtNow International) as the Chief Financial Officer, where they were responsible for KADIST's collections and productions which reflect the global scope of contemporary art, and its programs develop collaborations with artists, curators and many art organizations around the world. Since 2009, they have been the Chief Financial Officer at Tekton Ventures.
Scott Matson attended the University of California, Berkeley from 1976 to 1980 and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business.
