Ram Sethi has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Ram has held various roles in different companies, showcasing their expertise in engineering, management, and technology.
Ram started their career in 1987 at Bharat Electronics Ltd as a Probationary Engineer and eventually worked their way up to Deputy Manager in the Radar Development & Engineering department. Ram was involved in the design, development, prototyping, and production of the Radar Signal Processor.
In 1998, they joined Electronic Data Systems as a Senior System Engineer, where they worked on maintaining the Car software designers' debugging and calibration tool CalTool. This tool was used by car designers at companies like General Motors.
Moving forward, Ram joined Metrowerks in 2000 as a Test Engineering Manager. Ram built and managed the CodeWarrior test team, focusing on product validation and debugger validation for ARM, MIPS, and ColdFire architectures.
Ram then worked at Adobe Systems as a QE Manager, from 2005 to 2006, before joining Microsoft as a Group Test Manager. At Microsoft, they led teams working on Windows 7 and Windows Live Platform Services.
In 2010, Ram became an Engineering and Senior Engineering Management Consultant at Intellec.sys. Here, they served in various capacities, including product engineering, building and managing engineering teams, and developing web-based information solutions for private clients.
Most recently, Ram co-founded TekUncorked in 2015, where they took on the role of Co-Founder & CTO. The company specializes in providing IoT, AI, and ML-driven products and solutions to the Commercial, Public, and Power Infrastructure Sector. Ram's focus at TekUncorked has been solving the problem of lost energy in Power Distribution Networks with their LVIoT Platform.
Throughout their career, Ram has consistently showcased their expertise in engineering, management, and technology, making valuable contributions to each company they have worked for.
Ram Sethi attended Government Science Collage from 1979 to 1982, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry. Following this, from 1982 to 1987, they enrolled at Madhav Institute of Technology and Science in Gwalior, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunications.
