Michele Scott

Michele Scott is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources, administrative support, and education. Currently serving as an HRIS Payroll & Benefits Specialist at Tel Hai Retirement Community since June 2019, Michele has held various roles focused on HR technology and payroll coordination, as well as providing executive assistance to the VP of Human Resources. Previous experience includes managing a home education environment while serving as a Stay At Home Parent & Homeschool Educator, and significant roles in marketing and operations, such as Social Media & Marketing Coordinator at Kismet Consignment and Owner-Operator of Chester County's Best Kept Secrets Tour. Michele holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from La Salle University.
