Lauren Pearson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare operations and transformation. Currently serving as Business Transformation Lead at Teladoc Health since July 2017, Lauren focuses on process re-engineering, project management, and change management to drive operational efficiencies. Previous roles at Teladoc Health include Senior Director of Operations, where Lauren managed resources to meet key performance indicators, and Director of Operations, overseeing daily operations and enhancing customer experience.
