Lori Hudnall is an experienced professional with a strong background in service delivery and operations management. Currently serving as Director of Service Delivery at Telaid Industries, Inc. since November 2014, Lori leads the service team and oversees the lifecycle of service and MAC tickets, focusing on client satisfaction and account success.
