Jacob Nilsson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jacob started their career as an HR Coordinator/Project Officer at Malm\u00f6 Stad in 2006, where they facilitated and coordinated training and development activities. Jacob then worked as a Senior Personnel Officer at Lund University from 2007 to 2010, managing HR operations for five institutions and conducting recruitment processes.
After that, Jacob joined Novozymes as an HR Partner/Manager from 2010 to 2011, focusing on people and organizational management in the biotech industry. Jacob then moved to Repligen Corporation as an HR Manager from 2011 to 2013, where they were responsible for HR activities in the life sciences sector.
