Stian S. Sæther

Stian S. Sæther has extensive work experience in strategy, business development, and customer experience management. Stian S. currently holds the role of Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Telavox, starting in November 2022. Prior to this, they co-founded and became a partner at Haut De Gamme AS in March 2022. From December 2021 to November 2022, they served as the Chief Business Officer and Director of Strategy and Business Development at eRate AS. Stian also worked at PwC Norway as a Director of Strategy and Operations from August 2019 to December 2021. Stian S. has held various positions at Telenor, including Tribe Lead Agile Transformation, Program Manager Cloud Transformation, Head of Customer Experience Management - Business, and Head of Marketing Strategy and Channel Management - Business. Stian's earlier experience includes roles at Acando Norge, eRate AS (as a Board Member), Implement Consulting Group as a Senior Manager, Hello AS as a Product Director, and 3S Consulting as a Consultant/Owner.

Stian S. Sæther completed the Telenor Strategy Execution Programme at INSEAD in 2017. Stian S. earned their Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Strategy from BI Norwegian Business School from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, Stian obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from California Lutheran University from 1997 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications such as the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation Certificate in Agile Project Management from PeopleCert in 2020 and the Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org in 2019.
