Head Of Customer Experience at TelcoSwitch

Jez Pickering has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Staff member at Flagship Events Ltd from 2013 to 2016. They then worked at NetXL as a Customer Experience Manager from 2020 to 2023, where they played an instrumental role in advising and supplying infrastructure hardware. Following this, Jez joined Yay.com™ as a Customer Support Analyst from 2017 to 2018, then as a Customer Support Manager from 2018 to 2020, and finally as a Customer Experience Manager from 2020 to the present. Currently, Jez holds the position of Head of Customer Experience at TelcoSwitch, a fast-growing software company specializing in unified communications and compliance solutions for the UK channel market.

Jez Pickering completed a Bachelor of Laws - LLB from the University of Portsmouth, studying from 2014 to 2017. Additionally, Jez obtained certifications in Mikrotik MTCNA from Mikrotik group in 2023, Help To Grow: Management from GOV.UK in 2021, First Aid at Work from St John Ambulance in June 2021, and Ubiquiti Enterprise Wireless Admin from Ubiquiti Networks in 2018.
