Muhammad Umer Lari

Muhammad Umer Lari has a strong background in finance and auditing. Muhammad Umer is currently working as the Head of Finance at Telda since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at NayaPay from November 2017 to November 2022, where they held various roles including Senior Manager Finance, Manager Finance, and Assistant Manager Finance. During their time at NayaPay, they were responsible for managing all accounting operations, financial planning and analysis, and obtaining the Electronic Money Institution license from the State Bank of Pakistan. Before joining NayaPay, they worked as an Audit Supervisor at KPMG Taseer Hadi & Co. from May 2013 to May 2017 and as a Senior Auditor at KPMG Al Fozan & Partners from December 2016 to March 2017.

Muhammad Umer Lari started their education in 2011 at Karachi University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree. Muhammad Umer completed this degree in 2012. In the same year, they also enrolled at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, where they pursued a Chartered Accountant degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance. Muhammad Umer completed this program in 2017.
