Arvils Kupris

Arvils Kupris has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Arvils is currently serving as the Head of Product Management and Innovation at Tele2 Latvia since January 2022. Prior to that, they founded GrindBull in 2019 and held the position of Founder/Head of Business Development. From 2021 to 2022, Arvils worked as the Managing Director Baltics at Oriflame Cosmetics. Arvils also served as the Chief Product Officer at VOLIA from 2020 to 2021. Before that, they were the Chief Operating Officer at All Media Baltics from 2017 to 2019. Arvils has also worked at BITĖ Group, Latvian Internet Association, Lattelecom, Media 360, and Draugiem TV in various leadership and business development roles.

Arvils Kupris holds a Master's degree in Laser and Optical Engineering from the Rezekne Academy of Technology, which they obtained from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Information Technology at Rezeknes Augstskola from 2002 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Arvils has also obtained several certifications, including "Generative AI for Business Leaders," "Introduction to Prompt Engineering for Generative AI," "What Is Generative AI?," "Operational Excellence Foundations," and "Six Sigma Foundations," all from LinkedIn. Arvils obtained the operational excellence and Six Sigma certifications in December 2021, while the generative AI certifications were acquired in April 2023.
