Aafke Geers

Aafke Geers is a highly experienced marketing and communications professional currently serving as the Senior Brand and Communications Manager at Odido Nederland since September 2023. Prior to this, Aafke held senior roles at Tele2 Nederland, including Senior Brand and Marketing Communications Manager and Senior Corporate Reputation Manager. Aafke has extensive freelance experience as the owner of Paraaf Communicatie and has worked as a consultant for The Humanitarian Organization for Migration Economics, focusing on empowering migrant workers in Singapore. Aafke has also held positions at Maussen Communications & Public Relations, BinckBank, Alex Beleggersbank, and Edelman Public Relations Worldwide, where responsibilities spanned strategic planning, media relations, and creative PR strategies for diverse clients. Aafke holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from the University of Groningen and has pursued further education in Art History and Italian language and culture.
