Oleg Polikarpov

Oleg Polikarpov has a diverse work experience encompassing various roles and responsibilities. Oleg began their career at Xerox in 2005, where they served as a PR Manager & Web-project Coordinator until 2007. Following this, they worked at the Corporate Publishing House "MediaLine" as an Executive Director from 2007 to 2009. Oleg then joined Electronica Mediagroup as a Web Project Manager, where they effectively supported and developed current web projects, established technical specifications for new internet projects, and coordinated with contractors and freelancers. Oleg also managed teams, monitored performance, educated staff, and worked with content managers and web traffic analysis until 2011. After that, they joined Bonial International Group as the Head of Content & Aftersales, overseeing content and aftersales activities until 2015. Currently, Oleg is employed at Tele2 as the Head of Content.

Oleg Polikarpov has a Master's degree in Design and Technology of Electronic Devices from Ulyanovsk State Technical University. Oleg also has certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Yellow belt training from Xerox.
