Ginger Goubeaux

Ginger Goubeaux, MSW, LICSW, is a seasoned professional in mental health and social work with extensive experience in program administration and clinical leadership. Currently serving as Program Administrator at Telecare Corporation, responsibilities include overseeing psychiatric and behavioral services within a 16-bed facility, managing a $6 million budget, and successfully implementing a new service delivery model that achieved significant cost reductions. Previously, roles at Daybreak Inc. included Director of David's Place LGBTQ Center, where Ginger spearheaded the development of a clinical support program and secured over $750,000 in private funding, and Clinical Director, managing a large team and enhancing productivity.
