Raymond S. Atroh is an experienced professional in customer operations and solutions sales, currently serving as the Head of Customer Operations in the Business Unit at Vodafone Ghana since March 2022. At Vodafone, Raymond has been accountable for customer operations KPIs and driving digital initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction. Previously, Raymond held various roles at Vodafone, including Solutions Sales Manager, Enterprise Business Program Manager, Technical Solutions Manager, and Data Services Engineer, managing enterprise customer engagement and technical project delivery. Additionally, Raymond served as Project Delivery Manager for Vodafone Global Enterprise in Central East and West Africa and worked in technical support at Ghana Telecom. Raymond holds an MBA in Project Management from the University of Ghana and a B.Sc. in Information Technology from Ghana Telecom University.
