Arvind Bali

Arvind Bali is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications and industrial sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Telecom Sector Skill Council (TSSC India) since June 2019, Arvind was a founding member and previously held the role of Treasurer. Prior to TSSC, Arvind was Chief Executive Officer at QUADRANT TELEVENTURES LTD and served as Chief Executive Officer for Videocon Telecommunications Limited from 1994 to March 2017, where significant achievements included leading operations and expansion of the telecom business and establishing Videocon as a global leader. Arvind's earlier career includes key positions at Greaves Cotton Limited, focusing on industrial product marketing and business development. Arvind holds an MBA in International Business & Finance from the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi and a Bachelor's Degree with Honors in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College.
