Jacques Fluet

Jacques Fluet currently serves as the Director of the Data Center Program at the Telecommunications Industry Association, leading industry groups in defining data center evolution and resiliency certification amidst increasing global connectivity. Previously, Jacques held several leadership positions at Ericsson, including Director of Services Development for Network Roll-Out Engineering, where deployment strategies for new products were managed, and Director of CDMA Systems Engineering and Methods, focusing on capacity and performance. At Nortel Networks, Jacques contributed as Director of Engineering and Methods, overseeing field validation and operational readiness, as well as leading GSM product introduction and early customer trials. Jacques holds degrees and certifications in Lean/6-sigma and Agile Product Management from Université Laval and Ericsson, as well as Scaled Agile.
