Cy Pettit

Cy Pettit has a diverse and extensive background in engineering and project management, with significant experience in both military and commercial sectors. Currently retired, Cy Pettit previously served as a Project Manager at e2v, leading a team of engineers in high technology solutions development while managing project risks and customer requirements. Prior roles included Principal Quality Engineer at EEV, focusing on safety and quality for European weapon systems, and Aerospace Engineering Manager at GEC Plessey, overseeing microelectronic module design for aerospace. Cy Pettit began the engineering career in the Royal Air Force as a Sergeant, specializing in communications and navigational equipment. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Quality Engineering from Nottingham Trent University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management and Technology from The Open University, along with various certifications in project management and engineering disciplines.
