Andy Budell

Andy Budell is an experienced contracts management professional currently serving as CBU Contracts Lead and Senior Contracts Manager at Teledyne ISCO since October 2021. Previous positions include Buyer III/Contracts Procurement Officer for the State of Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services and Chief Operating Officer at All American Insurance. As Interim Director and Director of Contracts in Sponsored Programs Administration at Vanderbilt University, Andy demonstrated leadership in contracts oversight. Roles also include Senior Contracts Manager and Contracts Manager at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, along with a board membership on the City of Lincoln’s Board of Zoning Appeals. Andy's career began as a Senior Contract Negotiator at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, followed by serving as Assistant General Counsel for the State of Nebraska and Deputy County Attorney for Platte County Attorney's Office. Andy holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
