Luis Gallego Cerezo has a diverse work experience in the field of technology. Luis started their career in 2005 as a Technical Support/Network Administrator at Tecnocom, where they were responsible for pre-sales and technical support for WAN, FR, ISDN, and SDH technologies. Luis also provided support for network administration services under Windows 2000, Active Directory, ISA server, and Microsoft Exchange 2000.
In 2007, Luis joined British Telecom Professional Services as a Second-level Technical Support for their international voice and data network. Luis's most recent role, starting in 2019, is as a Platform Integration Lead at Telefonica Tech AI of Things. In this role, they are responsible for integrating new products and projects in retail and digital transformation spaces. Luis designs installation models and supports the Product area and solution providers for integration. Luis also establishes provisioning and maintenance operations for the company's product portfolio and reviews the integration and automation of new services with existing systems.
