Jose Guzman

Jose Guzman has a diverse work experience in the field of network engineering and operations. Jose started their career at Sprint in 2007 as a Technical Support Technician II, providing technical support to customers. In 2010, they joined Alphaserve Technologies as a Network Operations Center Engineer, managing network operations. In 2011, they moved to TELEHOUSE America as a Network Engineer, where they worked until 2016. During their tenure at TELEHOUSE America, they progressed to the role of Lead Network Engineer, responsible for network design and operations. Jose then joined Macy's Systems & Technology Inc in 2019 as a Lead Network Engineer, providing technical leadership and support for LAN and WAN networks. Their responsibilities included assisting junior staff and guiding project direction. Currently, Jose is working as the IIX Manager at TELEHOUSE America, where they have been since June 2018.
