Mark Koch

Mark Koch has held various finance and leadership roles throughout their career. Mark currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Telemynd since December 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the Controller at ClearPlan LLC from January 2017 to December 2020.

Before joining ClearPlan, Mark worked as the Director of Finance at Acton Medical Associates, PC from February 2016 to January 2017. In this role, they managed a team of 4 accountants/analysts and was responsible for financial reporting, cash projections, contract negotiations, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, tax submissions, and employee benefit programs.

Mark's earlier experience includes roles at Avidyne, where they served as the Director of International Sales & Service from September 2010 to June 2015. During their tenure, they developed pricing strategies, sales plans, and expanded the dealer base. Mark also served as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Avidyne from November 2007 to September 2010, where they implemented performance management protocols and streamlined forecasting processes.

Prior to their time at Avidyne, Mark worked as the Medical Business Unit Controller at Planar Systems from 2004 to 2007. In this role, they managed financial reporting for a medical products division, significantly increased divisional contribution margin, and generated financial statements and forecasts for the CEO and CFO.

Mark Koch obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, completing their studies in 1997. Mark later pursued further education, earning an MBA specializing in Business Administration and Management, Finance from Babson College, which they completed in 2004.
