Jurriaan Leijder has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jurriaan started their career as an Account Manager at Laarhoven Design in 1993 before transitioning to various roles in call centers and customer interface development at SNT and DHL. In 2001, they joined Capgemini Consulting as a Managing Consultant and later became a Principal Consultant in 2006. Jurriaan took a sabbatical period from 2004 to 2006 to work as a PADI Diving Instructor and Resort Manager in South-East Asia. Leijder then joined Liberty Global, where they held positions as the Director of Customer Care Development and the European Director of Contact Centers. Currently, they are employed at Telenet, where they have served as the Vice President of Contact Center Interactions, VP of Telenet Residential Customer Interactions, and currently holds the position of VP Customer Operations Telenet.
Jurriaan Leijder obtained a Masters degree in Business Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam from 1986 to 1993. In 2016, they completed the CTAM Europe Executive Management Program at INSEAD. Additionally, they completed the Customer Centric Organisations Executive Program at IE Business School in 2008. In terms of additional certifications, Jurriaan Leijder became a Net Promotor Certified Associate through Satmetrix in 2014 and obtained a certification as a Diving Instructor from PADI in 2003.
