Karl Abelshausen

Karl Abelshausen has a diverse work experience in finance, tax, and management roles. Karl started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers Tax Consultants, where they worked as a Consultant and later as a Senior Tax Consultant. Karl then joined PwC as an International (corporate) tax manager. In 2016, they became a Bestuurder/Gérant at EGEO, specializing in IT-support services for the health-care industry.

In 2015, Karl joined Telenet as the Director of Tax, overseeing all strategic tax matters for the company. Karl also had responsibilities in corporate tax, M&A, VAT, and withholding tax. Karl served as a point of contact for other departments on tax and finance-related matters. In 2020, Karl took on the role of Chief Financial Officer at Eltrona, a telecommunications company formed through a merger. Karl later became a Board Member and acted as CEO a.i.

Additionally, Karl served as a Board Member at The Park Playground, a role they began in 2021. Throughout their various positions, Karl has shown expertise in finance, tax, and leadership, making him a valuable asset to any organization.

Karl Abelshausen completed their Executive Tax Leadership Programme at CEDEP - Executive Development in Fontainebleau from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Taxation Law from the University of Antwerp from 2008 to 2010. Karl also holds a Master's degree in Law from the same university, which they completed from 2003 to 2008. Karl'searliest education was at Groenendaalcollege from 1996 to 2003, but the specific degree and field of study are unknown.
