Robin Heylen

Robin Heylen is an experienced cybersecurity and network professional currently serving as the Team Manager for Security Operations (SOC) and CSIRT at Telenet since April 2012. Responsibilities include overseeing the Cyber Security Operations Center and managing the Cyber Incident Response Team. Previously, Robin held roles as a Senior Security Engineer and Senior Network Security Engineer, focusing on network and security designs and managing external consultants. Earlier experiences include programming at ICT Project, serving as Local Infrastructure Manager at AREVA NP, and software engineering at GET Time & Security. Robin holds a Master and Bachelor degree in ICT & Electronics from Katholieke Hogeschool Kempen, obtained between 2002 and 2008.
