Aaliyah Hale

As a people-centered business, our human resources department is a critical component of TeleNet’s success. Aaliyah Hale is instrumental in leading our recruitment efforts, ensuring we have the right talent and skill sets to create a thriving call center. Working closely with Kendra Reynolds, director of client services and Tim Goodwin, director of call center strategy, Aaliyah helps to drive TeleNet’s company culture focused on: collaborative teamwork, passion for excellence and recognition & reward.

Prior to joining TeleNet’s team, Aaliyah held management positions at Amazon, Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Hire Dynamics. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of West Georgia and is actively securing a Master of Science in human resource management at Walden University.
