Aftab Ahmed Memon's work experience begins with their current role as a System Support Engineer at Telenor Global Services, where they are responsible for monitoring and maintaining the Coupa Portal platform. Aftab also investigates complaints and suggestions to improve system functioning.

Prior to their current position, Aftab worked as an IT Help Desk Engineer at Khushhali Microfinance Bank Limited, where they removed port security and created new user IDs.

Before that, they worked as an IT Helpdesk Engineer at Prime Human Resource Services, where they provided level 1 and level 2 support for computer systems and T24 system-related issues at Khushhali Bank.

Aftab also gained experience as a Senior Associate Engineer at Apollo Telecom, where they performed root cause analysis, maintained a VMware vSphere environment, and resolved hardware and software issues.

Additionally, they interned at Huawei Technologies, Relacom, Ufone, and AIRCOM International, where they gained exposure to various aspects of the telecommunications industry.

In their internship at Relacom, Aftab worked on MW BSS implementation and visited BTS site equipment for detailed operation understanding.

Overall, Aftab has developed a strong skill set in system support, help desk management, network troubleshooting, and hardware/software problem solving throughout their work experience.

Aftab Ahmed Memon completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Mohammad Ali Jinnah University (MAJU) from 2010 to 2015. In addition, they obtained several certifications including Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) from Corvit Systems Islamabad in October 2019, CCNA (R&S) from Corvit Systems Islamabad in February 2017, and became a Register Engineer with Pakistan Engineering Council from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in January 2016.
